Rock band BI-2 was founded in Belarus city of Bobrujsk by Aleksandr Uman (Shura BI-2) and Igor Bortnik (Lyova BI-2). Though the band had been created in 1988, it gained its first real success in 1999 with the help of their new producer Alexander Ponomaryov.
