William Murphy
Born into a family of pastors from father to son, William Henry Murphy III was
born in Detroit on August 2, 1973. He established his ministry in 2001 in
Atlanta, Georgia, where he officiates at New Birth Church, and in 2006 founded
The dReam Center Church, whose congregation includes singer Tasha Cobbs, who
takes part in the sessions for several of his albums. His gospel career began in
2005 with the Epic Records release of All Day, which reached number 22 on
