Niniola – born Niniola Apata on December 15, 1986 in Lagos State, Nigeria – is
an afro-house singer and songwriter. She first came to prominence in 2013 when
she was the third runner-up on the sixth season of talent show Project Fame West
Africa. Niniola was raised in Lagos State and earned her Bachelor of Education
certificate from the University of Lagos. While attending school, she entered
