Neko Case
A restless, boundless spirit of the US indie scene since the mid-1990s, Neko
Case delivers rootsy Americana, blues and soulful alternative country with a
rich voice and distinctive fiery red hair. Raised in Tacoma, Washington, Case
left home as a 15-year-old and spent her art-school days playing drums in local
punk bands in Vancouver before taking inspiration from country and rockabilly on
debut album 'The Virginian' (1997). Once promising to never write a love song,
Case instead became an honest, funny, third person storyteller, delving into
