Born Louise Belhumeur on August 10, 1943 in Shawinigan (Canada), Louise Forestier is a pop singer and actress from Quebec. In the early 1960s, she studied at the National Theatre School in Montreal. She graduated in 1964, where she met Robert Charlebois. In 1966, she was named Discovery of the Year on the Radio-Canada television program Jeunesse Oblige . The following year, she released her first album of the same name. In 1968, she sang a duet with Robert Charlebois on her fourth album.
