La Alianza Norteña, hailing from Tutuaca, Chihuahua, was founded in February
2007 by saxophonist Gabriel Trevizo and bass player Marco Solís, who later
recruited Mike Ríos on accordion, German Aragones on drums, and Javier "Güero"
Teran on vocals. Originally performing under the name "Juventud Musical," the
group transitioned to a more defined norteño sax style and rebranded as La
