Kosheen
Kosheen is a trip hop and alternative rock trio born in the late 1990s. Hailing
from Bristol, the band, led by Darren Beale aka Decoder, followed in the
footsteps of such pioneers of the genre as Portishead and Massive Attack with
the release of their first effort, Resist, in 2001. With Kokopelli (2003) and
Damage (2007), Kosheen continues to win critical acclaim. The year 2012 heralds
the creation of the band's own label and the delivery of a fourth album,
Independence.
