German post-hardcore band Fjørt aka vocalist/guitarist Chris Hell,
bassist/vocalist David Frings and drummer Frank Schophaus formed in Aachen, the
westermost city in Germany, in February 2012 and released their first six-track
EP, Demontage, for Truelove Entertainment that November. They honed their
uncompromising sound at nearly 100 live shows before setting their sights on
their debut album. "D'accord" was released in 2014 via This Charming Man Records
and saw the band established their heavy and melodic post-hardcore aesthetic.
