Eric Paslay is one of many country artists who exist on the periphery of the
Nashville music scene with two parallel careers, one as a songwriter and the
other as a performer in their own right. Prior to having his own hits, Paslay
had written material for a variety of artists including the popular country trio
Lady Antebellum as well as Jake Owen, The Eli Young Band and Love & Theft with
the last three artists having all enjoyed number one hits with Paslay's
