Danity Kane is a band too perfect not to be made. Beautiful girls with sweet
voices, addictive melodies, some of R&B pop's greatest producers, all live
before the cameras of Making the Band. Puff Daddy decides to compete with The
Pussycat Dolls, and he does it well by making Danity Kane in 2005. The band's
two albums inevitably reach No. 1 in the U.S., Danity Kane in 2006 and Welcome
to the Dollhouse in 2008. The band announced their separation on January 27,
2009.
