The Dutch folk rock band, Bots, was formed in 1974 in Eindhoven by guitarist Hans Sanders along with pianist Bonkie Bongaerts. Sanders had previously been a member of the group Dirty Underwear and had been looking for a new project for his talents. The band's debut album titled 'Van Kwaad Tot Erger' was released in 1975 and after a guest appearance on TV the album immediately began to sell well. The following year the band released what was to become their defining song titled 'Zeven Dagen Lang', a cover version of a well-known Breton folk song 'Sin ar Christr', and the Bots...
