German DJ and music producer Boris Brejcha was born on November 26, 1981 in the Palatinate city of Ludwigshafen am Rhein. At the age of six, he was in the audience when the Ramstein air disaster happened, suffering severe burns that left deep scars on his body. He was often teased at school because of these scars and therefore started making music as a child. He learned to play the keyboard and drums and was the drummer in a band for six months.
