Apl.de.ap, born Allan Pineda Lindo on November 28, 1974 in Angeles City, Philippines, is a leading Filipino-American rapper, singer and record producer. He is best known as a founding member of the iconic hip-hop group The Black Eyed Peas. Raised in the Philippines, Apl.de.ap moved to the U.S. with the support of the Pearl S. Buck Foundation.
