American teen pop idol Aaron Carter began his ascent to fame in the late '90s,
right around the time his older brother Nick Carter was reaching international
stardom with the boy band The Backstreet Boys. Born Aaron Charles Carter on
December 7, 1987, in Tampa, Florida, he began performing at age 7 and released
